For the launch of the Visit Wales’ Year of Adventure, on Sunday 3rd April 2016, BirdSol are offering two 30 minute paddleboard yoga (SUP Yoga) sessions and two 30 minute paddle board fitness (SUP Fitness) sessions on Llandysul lake, Llandysul to give you a taster of this alternative fitness and wellbeing experience.
SUP Fitness gives you that challenge you’ve been searching for. This experience allows you to exercise in the beautiful
outdoors whilst having so much fun you’ll forget that you are exercising, but definitely feel it the next day. Or why not have a go at the SUP Yoga and find the balanced feeling you’ve been searching for, discovering stand up paddle boards in a more relaxed and centred way. Take in the motion of the water whist enhancing your focus and improving your posture. A fun and unique experience not to be missed but enjoyed.
You can book on either the SUP Yoga or the SUP Fitness, or both as they will compliment each other well. There are two time slots available for each with a 15 minute break between for any hangover period.
