It’s back! The highly popular (so much I had to run two classes last year!) SUP training and fitness sessions are back and this year we are starting earlier in the year. The first session will be Wednesday 27th April at 6.30-7.30pm in New Quay so get booked on now!
SUP Training and Fitness gives you that challenge you’ve been searching for. This experience allows you to exercise in the beautiful outdoors whilst having so much fun you’ll forget that you are exercising, but definitely feel it the next day. A fun and unique experience not to be missed but enjoyed.
Later this spring there will also be classes in Llandysul and possibly during 2016. Keep an eye on the website for more information.
