Come and experience either a meditative walk or outdoor yoga session at Cilgerran Wildlife Park, Pembrokeshire, West Wales, that brings you closer to nature.
During the walking meditation we will experience an active meditation, bringing your attention to the flow of your body while walking and connecting you to the environment around you. During the walk we will also pause for brief standing meditations.
Experience yoga in the most beautiful setting of the Cilgerran Wildlife Park, over looking the Afon Teifi River. You will be taken through a gentle but warming yoga posture session in a hatha style (holding of postures – many are performed with short holds and repetitions) incorporating sun salutations, breathing exercises and a short relaxation.
