Come and experience a walk through Cilgerran Wildlife Park that brings you closer to nature. During this walking meditation we will experience an active meditation, bringing your attention to the flow of your body while walking and connecting you to the environment around you. During the walk we will also pause for brief standing meditations.
The walking meditation will last around an hour and is suitable for those comfortable walking on uneven ground at a gentle pace. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather. Children welcome accompanied by adults, however, please bear in mind that there will be significant periods that will require the group to be silent.
Experience yoga in the most beautiful setting of the Cilgerran Wildlife Park, over looking the Afon Teifi River. You will be taken through a gentle but warming yoga posture session in a hatha style (holding of postures – many are performed with short holds and repetitions) incorporating sun salutations, breathing exercises and a short relaxation.
The yoga session will last around an hour. Please wear comfortable loose fitting/stretchy clothing and bring layers, particularly for the relaxation at the end. Suitable for beginners and more experienced a like, with the focus on nature. Children welcome accompanied by adults.
