BirdSol offers you fun and effective exercises to achieve your flexibility, strength, cardiovascular and weight loss/gain goals; either on your own as part of a tailored program, or within a group in one of our fitness classes. We are particularly passionate in trying to get people outdoors more connected with nature.
BirdSol provides nutritional advice to help you feel better, lose/gain weight and just generally be healthier. BirdSol covers all diet types, but specialises in advice with regards to plant-based whole food diets (including vegetarian and vegan).
BirdSol is really passionate about trying to get people moving again, not just a short term fix but hopefully something long lasting. Whether it is just a niggle in your shoulders or you are having bad back pain then BirdSol’s sports massage therapist Leanne should be able to help both with massage and exercises to stretch and strengthen the affected area/s.
BirdSol offers you advice, activities and sessions for both your mind and body to help you improve your mental, physical and physiological health; improving your overall well-being. This can be though 1:1 sessions, through our existing program of classes or through tailored workshops to Corporate or Community groups such as stress resilience.
