Once you’ve had your Healthy Lifestyle Plan created, Leanne Bird (Fitness and Wellbeing Coach and Consultant), can put together a personalised program of sessions to help support you to improve your health ad wellbeing. These can include a tailored program of exercise sessions (including Boxercise), yoga, meditation, relaxation and/or sports massage. Catch up sessions and messages will also help keep you on track to reaching your goals.
