Find the balanced feeling you’ve been searching for and discover stand up paddle boards in a more relaxed and centred way. Take in the motion of the water whist enhancing your focus, improving your posture. A fun and unique experience not to be missed but enjoyed.

You do not need to have paddleboarded before or done yoga, sessions are suitable for complete beginners and more advance alike. Please either wear a wetsuit or clothing that you could swim 50m in (i.e. not baggy loose fitting stuff – remember trying to swim in your pjs at school??).

Paddle board Training and Fitness combines skills and training on a stand up paddle board (SUP) and fitness training. So whether you want to learn a new skill, develop your skills or just increase your fitness in a different way, then this is the class for you.

What to wear?

You can wear normal fitness clothes over bathers or a wetsuit – whatever is comfortable. Please note – you will get wet! Shoes are essential so bring trainers you don’t mind getting wet or wetsuit shoes. Wetsuits are available to hire from Cardigan Bay Watersports for £3.
