Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

Why not try a new challenge and give stand up paddle board yoga (SUP Yoga) a go? Find the balanced feeling you’ve been searching for and discover stand up paddle boards in a more relaxed and centred way. Take in the motion of the water whist enhancing your focus and improving your posture. A fun and unique experience not to be missed but enjoyed.

Booking is essential as places are only limited to 6 or 8 people per session (depending on location) (minimum numbers apply). Sessions are £35 per person (including board hire).

You do not need to have paddleboarded before or done yoga, sessions are suitable for complete beginners and more advance alike. Please either wear a wetsuit or clothing that you could swim 50m in (i.e. not baggy loose fitting stuff – remember trying to swim in your pjs at school??).

All participants must be able to swim at least 50m. Minimum age 12 (under 16s to be accompanied by an adult).

Sessions are weather dependant. If sessions need to be cancelled due to weather or insufficient numbers you will be offered a place on another session or a refund.
